“ Bodyshop "manager" is rude and screams at you for asking questions about estimates. There was old rotting food laying around the office Trash everywhere, terrible parking situation. Did not receive a response from corporate leadership when I sent an email detailing my experience in full. Genuinely would recommend going to the dealership from matilda over any antwerpen location ever again. Atleast with them you know what to expect. Just to reiterate I cannot believe they just leave trash piled up, and rotting food out. The bodyshop is in the Nissan building but they advertise as toyota certified. ”

I took my vehicle to get a diagnostic test and WOWZA the quote was crazy!!! $17,000 with almost $10,000 of that being in labor, absolutely absurd. The technicians aren't working on your one vehicle, the billable hours are more than the hours the service department is even open for business. Then since when do they only match service specials from Toyota dealers in close proximity(12miles), not going to find it because the closest I believe is 19miles). The diagnostic fee use to be waived if work is done, NOPE u pay for the diagnostic fee + work. Labor to put tires on$400. Like make it make sense Money money money....to buy the car is freaking astronomical and to maintain it is like buying another one. ”
